In this wild and crazy world where every day is truly unpredictable, there resides a deep need to trust in ourselves and in life.  With so many distractions to deal with, bills to pay and a barrage of media containing future unknowns, the tendency to struggle with life may have become the rusty norm.  Yet, it is this harsh struggle that pushes you to go deeper inside yourself, so that you eventually discover your divine permanent essence.  It is this push and pull of life that drives you inwards so that you let go of the outer and relax into the inner.  This is the moment when true peace finally arrives.

Trust is the ultimate lubricant.  It allows your life to flow fluidly and freely.  It lets those rusty parts of you be free again!  Yet, the best thing about trust is that it is absolutely addictive, reciprocal, and contagious!  You find that the more you use it, the more fluid your life becomes.  As it grows on you, it also relaxes you and everyone around you even in their darkest hour.  To truly let go and dive inside oneself takes the courage to open up this jar of trusting lubricant and use it generously.  Use it on all parts of yourself, especially the unpredictable ones, which you feel cannot be trusted.  Sure, you will find a few anxious, worried and fearful parts; yet think of them as ignorant "friends" who were attempting to protect you in some backwards way.  They are innocent, and simply trying to serve you so that one day you can see this divine being you truly are!  Notice what happens when you trust in this protection.  Deep inside yourself those fearful parts will transform and eventually let go.

Yes, your ego mind is that fanatical part that tries to change things and resists what is happening in your world.  Pushing to get out of a situation your mind dislikes can feel like trying to open a rusty lock.  Sometimes you may feel like you can’t find the key to open it, no matter how hard you turn it.  The easiest way to unlock an unwanted situation and move forward in your life is to apply the lubricant of trust.  A liberal dose of trust will quickly loosen the rusty lock so that a situation can magically open up in your life.  One of the reasons that trust is such a powerful and successful lubricant is that it allows your entire energy field to relax and soften.  Once you surrender to what is and start trusting, the resistance you have had to a particular circumstance disappears which creates an opening for the Universe to support you in creating another more desired situation for yourself and those you love.
