No matter what horrific things that have happened in your past, the Universe is not holding on to them.  It is not judging you, condemning you, or holding you as someone less than holy.  The Universe loves you exactly the way you are.  Whether you know it or not, you are being loved right now. Perhaps it’s time to stop seeking it and start softening and letting it in. The Universe doesn’t see your “flaws”.  These imperfections and problems are only created by your imagination.  The things which you consider unacceptable or unlovable about you, are simply judgmental thoughts created from the mind, and they don’t actually exist anywhere.  As soon as you return to the Source of thought, and realize how intangible and fleeting these thoughts are, how they truly don’t actually exist at all, you’ll stop focusing on them, and manifesting the drama they create for you.

Perhaps there might be a little voice inside you with questions like, “Why does the Universe love me? What’s sooo special about me? How can someone be loved by something as huge, impersonal, and made of 99% empty space as “The Universe”?  Well, just like the Sun continues to shine giving everyone life here on Earth, the same goes for this spiritual love… it’s always available.  However, even though it is showering tons of love upon you, you may not ever feel it if you’re not open and willing to feel.  For you to FEEL this love all depends on your ability to open up your heart, to be vulnerable and drop your doubt, fear and resistance to love.  This is the only way you can truly relax into receiving this divine love. If you try to hard to approve and appreciate yourself and you’re not relaxing into it, you’ll miss it.  This love comes effortlessly through letting go of trying to attain it, and surrendering to the ease and joy of trusting its here now! This trust instantly shifts your vibration and you become an amazing receptor for the greatest divine love from the Universe.

If you still don’t believe that the Universe loves you, look at everything you’ve manifested around you.  For years the Universe has been providing you with everything you need to remain alive.  It’s given you all the food, shelter, air, water and keeps your heart pumping for you 24 hours a day!  Trust that life is flowing through you and this is love. So you can let go and trust that the Universe is here, keeping you alive, safe, warm, and even cozy if you let it.  Yes! You can allow yourself to FEEL this great warmth and support inside. This allows this conscious intelligent Universe to assist you even more, in whatever way you need it…just ask!   Recognize this and feel the simple truth that the Universe is always here, shedding it’s light and love upon you.

For this week, try thinking of yourself as a radio tower that broadcasts and receives messages for the living Universe. What are the messages you’re sending out? What are the messages you’re receiving? Look for the direct correlation between the two. When you’re practicing being appreciating, accepting, and approving of yourself just as you are, you’re opening up the receptors in your heart and brain to receive back that same loving signal from a different source.  The more we become a connoisseur of this love, the more sensitive we become and can sense this love pouring into us from anyone and anything. 

When you let go of trying to fix yourself, and realize just how sweet, innocent and lovable you truly are, then the Universe has no choice yet to send you loving people, experiences and messages to you. This is when life becomes a constant state of bliss!  You become a “love magnet” for loving experience when you are in accepting yourself with loving appreciation all day long.  Self acceptance is the greatest thing you can do to grow very quickly in consciousness and love.  It will transform you in more ways than you know.  There is so much love available to you right now.  Just slow down and be open to it.  This is the only way you can receive it fully.  With slowing down into a state of constant self acceptance, you will make it through this spiritual birth canal and truly enjoy the ride!
