What is the difference between an unenlightened being and an enlightened being both with Parkinson’s disease?

The only difference is that the unenlightened being is over-identified as the physical body and has lost touch with the eternal soul that lives in the center of consciousness. Anyone can become enlightened, no matter if they have a physical illness or not, it all depends on their perspective. Meaning do they LIVE trapped inside the mind or are free from thoughts and realize who they are is beyond the mind.
