The Enlightened Beings Agreement

Welcome to your Super Affiliate Agreement! I hope to make this easy to read and digestible for you. By signing up to become an official Enlightened Beings Super Affiliate you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).

After you have signed up for the Super Affiliate Program at Enlightened Beings, you will be assigned a unique Affiliate URL tracking code which you can find on the Creatives section. You are permitted to place this URL inside any banners or other graphics that we provide for you.

You may also place your Affiliate URL on your own personal website, facebook page, social media, or in other communications. If you wish to use your own marketing graphics or change the design of the artwork at any time without notice, these changes must be submitted to our team for approval.

Term of the Agreement: The term of this Agreement begins the moment you sign up for the Super Affiliate Program and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. You are only eligible to earn referral fees on sales occurring during the term you are an approved affiliate of Enlightened Beings

Same Address or Email Sales Policy: Our affiliate system is set to only pay affiliates for sales to customers whose physical address and/or email is different than their own. This means if your customer has the same address as yours, the system will not pay you a commission for that sale. We’ve set this as a strict policy since this would enable anyone to sign up as an affiliate and receive an extra 50% discount by selling our products to themselves or someone within their own home. Since sometimes the sale may be a valid sale within a family, we will honor the use and sharing of our online products for everyone who is living at this same address, as a compensation for the missed discount which could have been received.

Sharing Enlightened Beings Articles We will allow you to use, distribute and share the enlightening articles that we email out each week, and which you find on our blog, as long as our Super Manifesting Products are ONLY associated with each article. If we find you are using our articles to sell other products than those found in your Super Manifesting Program, your account will be subjected to instant termination.

Using your Super Affiliate Account: We will provide you with free access to stats, banners, marketing emails, and sales data in your personal Super Affiliate Login Account. You agree not to alter your links in any manner, as alterations may result in a loss of correct commissions. It is your responsibility to integrate the banners and sign up pages into your web pages, emails and newsletters without alteration. We will not be responsible for your failure to properly integrate your personal Affiliate hyperlinks we give you into your web pages, emails and newsletters.

Our Manifesting Materials You agree that you will NOT create a duplicate or an impression of our enlightening products which include emails, videos, online e-courses, mp3 downloads, and PDF documents. These are all copyrighted materials owned by Enlightened Beings. If we find you are breaking copyright agreement your account is subject to instant termination.

Commissions: Commission payments will be processed at the end of each month. You will be paid in USD through Paypal.com. Your current commission rate is 50% of total sales (minus refunds). We have the right to change the commission rate and/or the minimum payment threshold at any time.

Unsolicited Emails: We are HIGHLY against the use of SPAM. By entering into an agreement with Enlightened Beings, you agree not to send unsolicited emails, commercial mail to any persons who have not agreed to receive mail from you and your partners. You shall always include an easy method for people to Opt-Out of receiving communication from you and your company.

Modification: We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and at our sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on this site. Modifications may include, for example, changes in the scope of available referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures and program rules.

Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits or data, arising in connection with this Agreement or our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. Enlightened Beings is not liable for the “Enlightenment” or any physical, emotional, mental or spiritual issues or consequential damages of people with whom you have shared our products and/or Super Affiliate Program.

Reporting and Tracking: Enlightened Beings will provide accurate reporting and tracking. The tracking and reporting may be viewed by logging into your account. Accurate tracking is dependent upon properly integrating your Affiliate Links into your web pages, emails, or newsletters without alteration. If these links are not properly integrated, they may result in inaccurate tracking and a loss of commissions.
