Why Do a Juice Fast?
The reasons I got into juice fasting
are probably some of the same reasons you're reading this now. I
needed to lose weight, I was lethargic, unmotivated, had physical pain, and it seemed that the couch and bed were
my best friends. Personally, for 6 years of my life I was
constantly struggling with intense pain in my lower back, my knees
that hurt after a mile of walking, had blurry vision, and a
constantly clogged stuffy nose. After 3 weeks of drinking
raw organic juice, that all disappeared!
I
personally have found juice fasting to be one of the most mind clearing, heart
opening, energy expanding and spiritually enhancing experiences of
my life!
It's my experience that MOST (if not all) of our physical, mental
or emotional problems can be quickly transformed in a matter of
6-8 weeks simply through a change in diet.
The healing power of doing a juice fast is
AMAZING! I did it for 21 days, released 20 lbs of excess weight
and feel lighter, healthier, smarter and have more energy than

It's important to realize how food

life your body must first become super healthy. The body is
your foundation for all your experiences in life. The more

work on, the other cells throughout the body start having energy
and time to repair those other damaged, diseased and challenged

You may think you cannot live without food, yet there are
many beings on this planet who haven't eaten any food
for many decades and are highly vibrant healthy beings.
They live off of
prana,
the life force in their breath and consciousness, to supply their
daily energy. You can google "breatharianism" if you don't
believe me.
Because most of us have not been educated
how to tap into this unlimited resource of spiritual energy
within, we reach outside ourselves for energy and emotional
gratification with food. Almost every country and culture
around the world is obsessed on some level with its relationship
with food.

unless you (and your friends and family) are ready for you to go

detoxification experience. Prepping your body means you're

If you're new to fasting, the first 4-5 days
can be very detoxifying so you may need to breathe more and not
speak when you feel the need to come across negatively with
anyone. It's best to practice meditating, sitting silently and
just watching the thoughts pass by. On a real fast, your brain
will be more open and receptive to a quieter calmer experience of
life, so dropping into deep states of meditation can be instant
and effortless.
As far as exercising your body on a juice fast, you may want to go
easy on yourself. If your a rigorous exercise fanatic, there is no
need to push your body as hard when fasting. This is a time to let
your body relax, rest and so going for a easy hike, a good long
walk, yoga or a swim will do the job just fine. You can always get
back to your hard core workout after you're done with your juice
fast. You'll be amazed at how much energy you actually have to do
more "inner work" which is where many of us don't focus enough of
our attention upon.
I recommend stretching yourself beyond the
dietary limits of what you have been accustomed to. Do this

My Personal Juice
Fasting Cleanse
For 21 days I stopped eating all solid food
and just drank juice. I felt like a rock star on tour! I had loads
of energy, lost 20 lbs, and the pain I had for 7 years in my lower
back was gone. Before the fast I could barely run a 1/2 mile
without shooting pain in my right knee. After the cleanse I
was running 3 miles and had zero pain in my knees. My eyes cleared
up and I began to see life more clearly. I stopped having food
comas, and I completely stopped having gas (which my friends and
family's noses were very happy about). My lethargic horizontal

like is the one that is best for you.
It's good to know that even though it may cost you $100 to $300 to
get a good juicer, you will reap the rewards the more you use it.
