When you join the Enlightened Beings Affiliate Program, we assign you a unique Affiliate URL tracking code.
You may place this URL inside any banners or graphics we provide.

You may share your unique Affiliate URL on your website, Facebook page, social media, and in other communications.

If you use your own marketing graphics or modify our artwork, submit the changes to our team for approval before you use them.

Term of the Agreement

This Agreement begins the moment you sign up for the Enlightened Beings Affiliate Program.
It ends when either you or we terminate it.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice to the other party.

You earn referral fees only on sales that occur while you are an approved affiliate of Enlightened Beings.

Same Address or Email Sales Policy

Our affiliate system pays commissions only when the customer has a different physical address and or email than you.
If your customer has the same address as yours, the system does not pay a commission for that sale.

We enforce this rule to prevent anyone from signing up as an affiliate and buying through their own link to receive an extra discount.

Sometimes a purchase within a family is valid.
If people at the same address share our online products, we allow access and sharing within that home.
Even so, the system will not create a commission for those same-address sales.

Sharing Enlightened Beings Articles

You may use, distribute, and share the articles we email each week and the articles on our
blog.

Only associate our articles with Enlightened Beings Store Products.

If you use our articles to sell products outside the Super Manifesting Program, we may terminate your account immediately.

Using Your Enlightened Beings Affiliate Account

We give you access to stats, banners, marketing emails, and sales data in your
Affiliate Account.

Do not alter your links.
Changes can break tracking and cause lost commissions.

You are responsible for placing banners and signup pages into your web pages, emails, and newsletters without alteration.
We are not responsible for errors in your link placement.

Our Manifesting Materials

Do not copy, duplicate, or imitate our products.
This includes emails, videos, online courses, MP3 downloads, and PDF documents.

These materials are copyrighted and owned by Enlightened Beings.
If you violate copyright, we may terminate your account immediately.

Commissions

We process commission payments at the end of each month.
We pay you in USD through PayPal.

Your current commission rate is 50% of total sales minus refunds.

We may change the commission rate or the minimum payment threshold at any time.

Unsolicited Emails

We do not allow spam.
Do not send unsolicited emails or commercial mail to anyone who has not agreed to receive messages from you.

Always include a clear opt-out method in your communications.

Modification

We may modify this Agreement at any time, at our sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on this site.

Changes may include referral fee scope, fee schedules, payment procedures, and program rules.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
This includes loss of revenue, profits, or data related to this Agreement or our products, even if you told us such damages were possible.

Our total liability under this Agreement will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you.

Enlightened Beings is not responsible for any physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual outcomes experienced by people with whom you share our products or this affiliate program.

Reporting and Tracking

We provide reporting and tracking inside your account.
You can view it by logging in to your Affiliate Account.

Accurate tracking depends on correct link placement without alteration.
Incorrect placement can cause inaccurate tracking and lost commissions.
